Shipping policy

 

We have a delivery fee (flat rate) of R100
FREE DELIVERY for orders over R1 500.

Please ensure you enter a physical address, as the courier cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery will take 2-3 working days for main centres and 3-7 working days for outlying areas.  Orders will be delivered on weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00 (the courier drivers cannot give us a specific time for delivery.) We cannot be held liable for delays due to circumstances out of our control (ie. natural disasters, strikes, load shedding, courier vehicle breakdowns, etc.)

*Sneakers are manufactured on order and take 2-3 weeks.

How will my order be sent?

We use a reliable door-to-door courier service. You will receive an email once your parcel is on its way to you. Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, it usually takes a day delivery in and around Gauteng. Other main centres take 2-3 days. Outlying areas, small towns, farms, etc take a bit longer.

•Please ensure that there is someone to sign for the parcel. If there is no-one home during business hours, kindly provide us with a business address.  
•Please enter your shipping address and contact number correctly. We cannot take responsibility for goods sent to an incorrect address.
