Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return / exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs involved to return the product to us, along with the shipping fee to send the new item to you. Unless the return is based on a manufacturing fault on our side, in which case, the cost of return shipping will be at Halo Collection’s expense both ways.

Exchanges
We will gladly exchange an item if the product is still in stock. Otherwise we will credit you in the form of a gift voucher. Kindly check each product's size chart before ordering. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, if the fault is not on Halo Collection's side. The cost of reshipping both ways will be at your expense. If your return is based on a manufacturing fault on our side, the cost of return shipping will be at Halo Collection’s expense both ways. We do our best to quality check each item, however, if you receive a damaged product, we will exchange the product, or give you store credit if the item is no longer in stock. Please send an email to orders@halocollection.co.za within 5 days of receiving your item.

Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds, unless the return is due to a manufacturing error. We can refund you in the form of store credit / gift voucher. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you will receive a store credit in the form of a unique code that you can use for your next purchase. Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded. The shipping fees for the return will be deducted from the final amount of your store credit. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom-made items (such as special orders or items made according to your specific measurements) CANNOT be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
