How do I know which size to choose?

On each product page, you will find a garment size chart, as well as a description of the type of fit. Please ensure you read the product description before ordering.

You will find a body size chart below, that you can compare to your own body measurements.


How much is delivery?

We have a flat rate delivery fee of R100. Free delivery for orders over R2 000.  Please make sure your details are entered correctly (no PO Boxes).


How long does delivery take?

Delivery will take 1-3 working days for main centres and 3-6 working days for outlying areas.  Orders will be delivered on weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00 (the courier drivers cannot give us a specific time for delivery.) We cannot be held liable for delays due to circumstances out of our control (ie. natural disasters, strikes, load shedding, courier vehicle breakdowns, etc.)

How will my order be sent?

We use a reliable door-to-door courier service. You will receive an email once your parcel is on its way to you. Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, it usually takes a day delivery in and around Gauteng. Other main centres take 2-3 days. Outlying areas, small towns, farms, etc take a bit longer.

•Please ensure that there is someone to sign for the parcel. If there is no-one home during business hours, kindly provide us with a business address.  
•Please enter your shipping address and contact number correctly. We do not take responsibility for goods sent to the wrong address. 

Can I return or exchange an item?

We will gladly exchange an item if the product is still in stock. Otherwise we will credit you in the form of a gift voucher. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item if the fault is not on Halo Collection's side. The cost of reshipping both ways will be at your expense. If your return is based on a manufacturing fault on our side, the cost of return shipping will be at Halo Collection’s expense both ways. We do our best to quality check each item, however, if you receive a damaged product, we will exchange the product, or give you store credit if the item is no longer in stock. Please send an email to orders@halocollection.co.za within 5 days of receiving your item. We do not do cash refunds, unless the return is because of a manufacturing error. 


How does payment work?

Secure instant payment with debit/credit card.  Payment can also be made into our bank account via EFT. Please do not make cash deposits.  Please send POP to orders@halocollection.co.za. Please use your ORDER NUMBER as payment reference. We will not be able to track your payment if you do not use the suitable reference and this could result in your order being delayed.
You can select the PAYFLEX option, which allows you to 
spread your purchase across 4 interest-free payments, over 6 weeks. You will pay 25% immediately and then the next three payments of 25% each will be paid automatically every two weeks, over six weeks. If you have never used Payflex before, you will need to provide your ID number at checkout.


Can I get a refund?

Please send an email to orders@halocollection.co.za within 5 days of receiving your item. We do not do cash refunds, unless the return is due to a manufacturing error. We will credit you in the form of a gift voucher / store credit. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the fault is on Halo Collection's side. The shipping cost for the return of the item, will be deducted from the credited amount. If your return is based on a manufacturing fault on our side, the cost of return shipping will be at Halo Collection’s expense both ways. 


What if a product is out of stock?

If a product or specific size is out of stock, please send an email (orders@halocollection.co.za) or Whatsapp (061 457 5904) to enquire whether we can manufacture the item / size for you.
